I ordered an 8oz cup. I expected 8-8.5 ounces possible 9 oz. I received cups that were 10+.
You did a terrible job measuring and describing and you charge a restocking fee if Ii want to return.

The customer service experience with this order was second to none, and I would absolutely recommend shopping here to my friends.
Firstly, everything arrived in great time, and everything was thoughtfully packaged. The mugs are gorgeously thick, so using them feels both luxe and nostalgic-- think of the heavy-bottomed feeling of your typical diner mugs; that, but the whole way around. The dimensions are just very pleasant, very tactile.
However, there was a small manufacturing error on the bottom of one of the cups in our batch (everything else was perfect). We reached out to the company and were responded to courteously and instantly.
No questions asked, a new mug and saucer was immediately dispatched to us to make up for the small blemish. It made the whole thing a great experience. The courtesy of the customer service means I won't consider buying from anywhere else in the future.
